Yes! Greenfield Estates is a pet friendly community. Pet fees apply (see pet policy).
The following breed of dogs are not allowed: Pit Bull, Bull Terrrier, English Bull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, St. Bernard, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Presa Canario, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Husky, Chow Chow, Akita, Bull Mastiff, Great Dane, Any dog mixed with one of these breeds
Service animals to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for the purpose of aiding that person are not considered "pets".

Yes! You can create a resident account and set up one-time & recurring payments. We do accept credit card payments on our online system.
Is there a fee to use the amenities?
